Chinese Black Tea (Webinar)

Jing Chen and An An from TEA Washington will give a presentation about Chinese Black Tea.  The presentation will include the history and distribution of black tea in China; the difference between Chinese Black Tea and other famous Black Tea brands from England, India, and Sri Lanka, with a focus on the drinking style and their associated material/flavors; how to make Chinese Black Tea and its regional drinking style, and tea table presentation; the introduction of three famous brands of Chinese Black Tea: Zhen-Shan-Xiao-Zhong from Fujian, Qi-Men-Hong-Cha from An Hui and Feng-Qing-Dian-Hong from Yunnan. There will be time for questions at the end of the presentation.
