10:00 AM  –  12:30 PM

Learn how to sketch and paint some of the garden's earliest bloomers, like crocuses and snowdrops as well as shrubs and conifers, witch hazels, camellias and more. All supplies are provided, including artist quality watercolor paper. Sign up for one or both sessions. In both sessions we will begin with studies of some of our subject plants and then paint larger landscapes which incorporate large and small elements. This class will focus on painting witch hazels and primroses. Molly Hashimoto is a published artist by Pomegranate Communications, and she has received the Award of Merit from the National Park Conservation Association. Membership status will be verified upon registration.
