ONLINE: Landscape Architecture Badge Workshop

We are offering the Cadette Girl Scout Tree Badge as an online workshop through the Bellevue Botanical Garden Society. Together, we will explore the world of trees through art, media, scientific inquiry, and personal adventures in the outdoors. Scouts will learn about the urban forest ecosystem, tree identification, new technologies in the forestry industry, as well as related career and local service opportunities. Hear from a guest speaker on what life is like as a wildland firefighter. This is a workshop – so we do expect scouts to work. We do not supply the official badge, but leave that up to a parent or leader. We will have at least two background checked adults on the online meeting. Questions?
