This event is no longer on sale.

Thursday September 7

6:00 PM  –  8:00 PM

Taught by Ray Pfortner. Photography can be described as painting with light.  Explore the possibilities at a location filled with photo ops galore - the Bellevue Botanical Garden.  We will meet first on Zoom to discuss the power of light, shadow, and contrast. Next, photograph in person, on location, at the Garden.  We will use the follow-up Zoom session to share our selected results for group feedback.  We learn best by doing, sharing our photographs and thoughtful comments from your instructor. Suitable for all skill levels using any digital camera from phone to mirrorless. This class is good for teens and adults.

Session #1 September 7, on Zoom explore principles of composition, camera techniques & photo styling.

Session #2 September 9, in-person, group photo shoot on location at the Garden

In Session #3 September 21, on Zoom, present your results for instructor and group feedback.
