Paper Bearded Iris

Join us to make a gloriously ruffled bearded iris! We’ll use the maximally stretchy 90 gram crepe paper to create sumptuous frills and body, applying soft pastels to capture the water-color effect of bearded iris petals. The instructor will even show you how to make that famous, velvety beard!
This special three-hour class is open to beginners, but should prove especially interesting to crafters who are seeking to expand their crepe paper knowledge and learn advanced flower techniques.
